We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hearing Aid Specialist Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will work closely with our Hearing Aid Specialist to provide support in all aspects of hearing aid fittings and consultations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Hearing Aid Specialist in conducting hearing assessments and fittings for clients
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and handling billing and insurance claims
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure they understand their treatment options and feel comfortable throughout the process
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of hearing aids as needed
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in hearing aid technology and treatment options
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care for each client

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required (under 8 years of experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Knowledge of hearing aid technology and fittings
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Certification or training in audiology or hearing aid fitting is a plus
