We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Nurse to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Home Health Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients in their homes, focusing on promoting recovery, managing chronic conditions, and improving overall health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments of patients' health status and develop personalized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and symptoms, and adjust care plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare techniques and disease management
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers, such as physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Document patient care and progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse license in Dubai
- [Random number] years of experience as a Home Health Nurse or in a similar role
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical equipment and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
