We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Home Inspector to join our team in Sharjah. As a Home Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential properties to assess their condition and identify any potential issues. You will play a crucial role in helping clients make informed decisions about their real estate investments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of residential properties, including but not limited to structural integrity, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, and overall safety standards.
- Document findings in detailed inspection reports, highlighting any areas of concern and providing recommendations for necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain inspection results and answer any questions they may have.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices for home inspections.
- Collaborate with real estate agents, homeowners, and other stakeholders to schedule and coordinate inspection appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and client communications.

Requirements:
