We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Horticulture Assistant to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. As a Horticulture Assistant in the pharmaceutical industry, you will be responsible for assisting in the cultivation, maintenance, and harvesting of various plant species used in medicinal products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of soil, planting, watering, and fertilizing of plants.
- Monitor and maintain plant health by identifying and treating plant diseases and pests.
- Assist in the harvesting and processing of plant materials for pharmaceutical use.
- Maintain accurate records of plant growth, treatments, and harvest yields.
- Assist in the maintenance of greenhouse facilities and equipment.
- Collaborate with horticulture team members to ensure efficient and effective plant care.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in horticulture or agricultural work.
- Knowledge of plant biology, soil science, and plant care techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
