We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Horticulture Assistant in our retail store in Ras Al Khaimah. As a Horticulture Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the care and maintenance of all plants and flowers in our store, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Watering, pruning, and fertilizing plants and flowers to ensure they are healthy and thriving
- Assisting customers with plant selection and providing expert advice on plant care and maintenance
- Replenishing stock and ensuring that all plants are displayed attractively
- Monitoring and controlling pests and diseases to prevent damage to plants
- Keeping the store clean and organized, including sweeping and mopping floors, and arranging displays
- Assisting with inventory management, including receiving shipments and updating stock levels
- Providing support to the Horticulture Manager as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with plants and flowers in a retail setting
- Knowledge of plant care techniques and horticultural principles
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in horticulture or a related field
- Experience working with a variety of plant species
- Knowledge of retail sales and merchandising techniques
