We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Hospice Nurse Assistant in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for providing end-of-life care to patients in need.

Responsibilities:
- Assist registered nurses in providing care to hospice patients in their homes or care facilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and symptoms
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure proper care coordination
- Attend training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date on hospice care practices

Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in nursing
- Active nursing assistant license
- At least 2 years of experience working in a hospice care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure
