We are seeking a highly skilled Hospital Case Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the care of patients in a hospital setting, ensuring that they receive the appropriate level of care and support throughout their treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments of patients to determine their care needs and develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, including doctors, nurses, and specialists, to ensure that patients receive the appropriate treatment and support
- Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to their care plans as needed
- Advocate for patients and their families to ensure they receive the best possible care and support
- Collaborate with insurance companies and other third-party payers to secure coverage for patients' treatments
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to help them navigate the healthcare system and understand their treatment options
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patients' care plans, progress, and outcomes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, or a related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and regulations in Abu Dhabi
