We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and education, as well as proven experience in managing operations within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the hospitality department, including managing staff, budgets, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and drive revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, activities, and promotions
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess departmental performance and make data-driven decisions
- Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
