We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our hotel in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with a focus on providing exceptional service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and increase profitability
- Manage budgets and financial performance, including forecasting and monitoring expenses
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, suppliers, and local authorities
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
