We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Operations Manager to oversee the housekeeping operations in our consumer goods company based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management and operations, as well as exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate housekeeping services and meet customer needs
- Manage budgets and expenses related to housekeeping operations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
