Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleaning and maintenance operations of our office premises in Abu Dhabi. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring a clean, organized, and safe working environment for all employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the office premises
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and protocols to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
- Monitor and inspect the premises regularly to identify areas in need of cleaning or maintenance
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized cleaning services as needed
- Manage inventory and supplies, and place orders for cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle employee scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as necessary
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
- Handle any customer complaints or feedback related to housekeeping services

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures and practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
