We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in human resources management within the consumer goods industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and providing guidance on disciplinary actions
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary planning, performance evaluations, and employee benefits
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Lead HR projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in the UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
