We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an IT Program Manager in the construction industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all IT programs and projects within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the overall business objectives of the construction company.
- Manage and oversee all IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Lead a team of IT professionals, including developers, analysts, and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the construction industry.
- Monitor and report on the progress of IT projects to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects.
- Continuously improve IT processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- PMP certification is a plus.
