We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Import Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Import Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the importation of IT equipment and products into the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement import strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of IT products
- Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to arrange shipments and customs clearance
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to optimize costs and delivery timelines
- Ensure compliance with UAE import regulations and documentation requirements
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays
- Manage relationships with customs officials and ensure smooth clearance of shipments
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan import schedules accordingly
- Analyze market trends and pricing to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in import management, preferably in the IT industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE import regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and import management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
