Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operational processes within the education sector in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Oversight:
- Manage day-to-day operations of educational facilities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

2. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and development.

3. Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the organization’s educational goals and objectives.

5. Process Improvement:

- Implement innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

6. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, government agencies, and community organizations.

7. Health and Safety Compliance:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the education sector or a related industry.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale operations and leading diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
