We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. As an Industrial Program Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various industrial projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement industrial programs and projects in line with company objectives and goals
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement solutions to mitigate them
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources allocation
- Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing industrial projects from initiation to completion
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
