Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Industrial Safety Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Pharmaceuticals industry. The Industrial Safety Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all employees and compliance with safety regulations within the manufacturing facility. This role will involve conducting regular safety audits, implementing safety protocols, and providing training to employees on safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
- Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
- Provide safety training to employees on proper use of equipment and emergency procedures
- Investigate accidents and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety within the organization
- Stay up to date on safety regulations and best practices in the industry
- Coordinate with external agencies on safety matters as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field
- [X] years of experience in industrial safety within the Pharmaceuticals industry
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation preferred
