We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Safety Officer to join our team in Ajman within the Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial safety practices and regulations, as well as a proven track record of implementing safety procedures in a real estate setting.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of real estate properties to identify potential hazards and risks
- Provide safety training to employees and contractors on best practices for accident prevention and emergency response
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports
- Collaborate with management and stakeholders to promote a culture of safety within the organization
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in safety regulations to ensure compliance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum [random number] years of experience in industrial safety, preferably in the real estate sector
- Professional certifications in safety management (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of local and international safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
