Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Industrial Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our retail operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations management within the retail sector, with a focus on optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and driving overall business performance. The Industrial Operations Manager will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain high standards of customer service, and implement best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership:
- Oversee daily operations of retail stores, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.

2. Process Improvement:
- Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Lead initiatives to reduce costs while maintaining service quality.

3. Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a high-performing operations team.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

4. Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory control processes, including stock levels, replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.

5. Customer Experience:
- Ensure that the retail operations deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

6. Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the retail operations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards.

7. Financial Management:
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Analyze financial statements and operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

8. Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align operational initiatives with business objectives.
- Liaise with external vendors and stakeholders to establish effective partnerships and contracts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the retail sector.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and achieving business goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in using retail management software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences in Abu Dhabi.
