We are looking for an experienced Infection Control Specialist to join our manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi. The Infection Control Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring infection control policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement infection control policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and industry best practices
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential areas of infection risk and recommend corrective actions
- Provide training and education to employees on infection control protocols and practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address infection control issues and implement solutions
- Monitor and analyze infection control data to track trends and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in infection control practices and technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or related field
- [X] years of experience in infection control in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of local regulations and guidelines related to infection control
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Certification in infection control (CIC) preferred
