We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all IT operations within our healthcare facility, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the overall goals and objectives of the healthcare facility.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including network infrastructure, security systems, and software applications.
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data protection standards.
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of data and systems.
- Manage IT budgets and resources effectively to meet the needs of the healthcare facility.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management within the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems and applications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects and teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
