We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Injection Molding Engineer Assistant to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in injection molding processes and a passion for consumer goods manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Injection Molding Engineer in all aspects of the injection molding process, including machine setup, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Work closely with production team to ensure smooth operation of injection molding machines
- Perform routine maintenance on injection molding equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards
- Help develop and implement new processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies in injection molding

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- [X] years of experience in injection molding processes
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of injection molding machines and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
