We are currently seeking an experienced Injection Molding Technician to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in injection molding technology and a passion for producing high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate injection molding machines to produce plastic components
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with molds, machines, and materials
- Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Train and mentor junior technicians as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in injection molding
- Knowledge of different types of plastics and their properties
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
