We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Claims Clerk to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing insurance claims for our consumer goods company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing insurance claims for accuracy and completeness
- Processing insurance claims in a timely manner
- Communicating with insurance companies and customers regarding claim status
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues with claims
- Maintaining accurate records of all claims processed
- Providing support to the insurance claims team as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in insurance claims processing (at least 2-5 years)
- Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
