We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Insurance Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance within the pharmaceutical industry and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement insurance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Manage insurance policies, claims, and renewals for the organization
- Evaluate and negotiate insurance contracts and coverage options
- Analyze and assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Monitor and track insurance claims and settlements
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide insurance guidance and support
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance laws and regulations
- Prepare and present insurance reports to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance management within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and insurance management software
