We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Claims Clerk to join our Retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and managing insurance claims for our customers, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement for any covered losses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing insurance claims forms and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Entering claims data into the system and updating claim statuses as needed
- Communicating with insurance companies to verify coverage and negotiate settlement amounts
- Assisting customers with filing claims and answering any questions they may have regarding the process
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies in claims processing
- Maintaining organized records of all claims transactions and documentation
- Following up on pending claims to ensure timely resolution
- Providing excellent customer service and support throughout the claims process

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in insurance claims processing or a related field (2-5 years preferred)
- Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
