We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Manager to join our retail team in Al Ain. The Inventory Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, conducting audits, and implementing strategies to optimize inventory control processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate and efficient management of stock levels
- Monitor inventory levels and track inventory movements to identify trends and potential issues
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and take corrective action as needed
- Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure accurate forecasting and ordering of inventory
- Analyze inventory data to identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and develop strategies to minimize excess inventory
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand
- Train and supervise inventory control staff to ensure compliance with inventory management procedures
- Implement best practices for inventory control and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory control or supply chain management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Prior experience in retail industry is preferred
