We are seeking a talented and experienced Investment Analyst to join our team in Dubai, focusing on the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and a deep understanding of the construction sector.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial analysis of potential investment opportunities in the construction industry
- Evaluate market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify investment opportunities
- Develop financial models and forecasts to assess the potential returns and risks of investments
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior management and investors
- Monitor the performance of existing investments and provide regular updates and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute investment strategies effectively
- Stay up-to-date on market developments, regulations, and best practices in the construction industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- [5-8] years of experience in investment analysis, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CFA or MBA is a plus
