We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Operations Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The Investment Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the investment team in managing and optimizing the investment operations for our healthcare portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily reconciliation of investment transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
- Monitor and report investment performance and compliance with investment guidelines
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of investment reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with external service providers, such as custodians and fund administrators, to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in investment due diligence and research activities to support decision-making process
- Support the investment team in executing trades and managing cash flow
- Assist in the implementation of new investment strategies and initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- [X] years of experience in investment operations or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of investment instruments and financial markets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of healthcare industry is a plus
