Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Investment Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team in Dubai, specializing in retail investments. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our investment operations processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all transactions while supporting our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Transaction Processing: Efficiently manage the end-to-end processing of investment transactions, including trade settlements, reconciliations, and cash management, ensuring all operations are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Data Management: Maintain and update investment databases and reporting systems to ensure accurate records and timely reporting of investment performance metrics.

- Reconciliation and Reporting: Conduct regular reconciliations of client accounts and transactions to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to internal stakeholders and clients.

- Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients by addressing queries related to their investments, transactions, and account statements. Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation within the investment operations framework. Participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing risk.

- Compliance and Risk Management: Assist in ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to investment operations. Support the team in maintaining effective risk management practices.

- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Trading, Compliance, Risk Management, and Client Services to ensure smooth operations and communication across all functions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in investment operations, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong understanding of investment products, market regulations, and operational workflows.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
