We are looking for a Janitorial Supervisor to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Janitorial Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the janitorial staff and ensuring that all cleaning duties are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of janitorial staff
- Assign tasks to janitorial staff and ensure that all cleaning duties are completed on time
- Train new janitorial staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Inspect work performed by janitorial staff to ensure quality standards are met
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns related to cleanliness

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in cleaning or janitorial services
- Bilingual in English and Arabic
