We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Job Coach to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Job Coach will work within the manufacturing industry to support individuals with disabilities in finding and maintaining employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized job coaching and support to clients with disabilities to help them successfully integrate into the workforce
- Develop and implement personalized vocational training plans based on the needs and abilities of each client
- Conduct job readiness assessments and assist clients in identifying suitable employment opportunities
- Collaborate with employers to educate them on the benefits of hiring individuals with disabilities and provide ongoing support to ensure successful job placements
- Monitor and evaluate client progress in the workplace, providing feedback and guidance as needed
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in job coaching and vocational training

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in job coaching or vocational training
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and job market in Dubai
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities in the workplace
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
