We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Job Developer to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the healthcare industry. The Job Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare organizations in order to create employment opportunities for individuals seeking jobs in the healthcare field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential job opportunities within the healthcare industry in Abu Dhabi
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations, including hospitals, clinics, and medical centers
- Collaborate with employers to create job descriptions and requirements tailored to the needs of job seekers
- Facilitate job placements for individuals seeking employment in the healthcare field
- Provide support and guidance to job seekers throughout the job search and application process
- Coordinate with training and education providers to ensure job seekers have the necessary skills and qualifications for available positions
- Track and report on job placement outcomes and success rates

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in job development or a related field within the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and job market trends in Abu Dhabi
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
