We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Job Placement Assistant in the education sector in Dubai. The Job Placement Assistant will be responsible for assisting students in finding suitable job opportunities upon graduation, as well as maintaining relationships with employers to facilitate job placements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students in creating resumes, cover letters, and preparing for job interviews
- Research job market trends and identify potential job opportunities for students
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers to promote job opportunities for students
- Coordinate job fairs, networking events, and other job placement activities
- Track and report on job placement rates and outcomes for students
- Provide career counseling and guidance to students on job search strategies
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate job placement services into the curriculum

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in job placement, career counseling, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the job market and recruitment trends in Dubai
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
