We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Job Placement Consultant to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and placement services, with a focus on connecting qualified candidates with top employers in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of candidates' skills, qualifications, and career goals
- Developing and implementing effective job placement strategies for clients in the Energy sector
- Building and maintaining relationships with key industry employers to identify hiring needs and opportunities
- Providing career counseling and guidance to candidates to help them secure suitable employment
- Managing the entire recruitment process from job search to placement, including resume writing, interview preparation, and negotiation of job offers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
