Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Job Placement Specialist to join our team in Al Ain, focusing on the pharmaceuticals sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting skilled candidates with job opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring a smooth transition into new roles while fostering relationships with both job seekers and employers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Assessment:
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and career aspirations.
- Evaluate resumes and applications to match candidates with suitable job openings in the pharmaceutical sector.
2. Job Market Research:
- Stay updated on the latest trends, job openings, and changes within the pharmaceutical industry in the UAE.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of job opportunities and industry contacts.
3. Employer Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies, understanding their staffing needs and corporate culture.
- Coordinate with employers to understand job requirements, including qualifications, skills, and experience needed.
4. Placement Services:
- Facilitate the job placement process, guiding candidates through resume writing, interview preparation, and follow-up communications.
- Provide feedback to candidates and employers throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
5. Networking and Outreach:
- Attend industry-related events, job fairs, and networking sessions to promote job placement services and connect with potential candidates and employers.
- Utilize social media and professional networks to identify and engage with passive candidates.
6. Performance Tracking:
- Monitor job placement outcomes and gather feedback from both candidates and employers to assess the effectiveness of placement strategies.
- Prepare reports on placement metrics and trends to inform future recruitment efforts.
7. Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations during the recruitment and placement process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, placements, and employer contracts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in job placement, recruitment, or human resources, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical job market, including roles such as clinical research associates, regulatory affairs specialists, and sales representatives.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
