We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Judicial Assistant in our Aerospace and Defense company based in Dubai. The Judicial Assistant will provide administrative support to our legal team and assist in managing the litigation process.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting legal documents, including court filings, briefs, and memoranda
- Maintain and organize legal files and documents
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, court appearances, and travel arrangements for the legal team
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries of findings
- Assist in preparing for trials and hearings by organizing evidence and witness statements
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as needed
- Assist in managing and updating the company's legal database
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in a legal environment
- Knowledge of legal terminology and processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of aerospace and defense industry is a plus
