We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Judicial Law Clerk to join our Financial Services team in Dubai. As a Judicial Law Clerk, you will provide critical support to our legal team by conducting legal research, drafting memoranda, assisting with case preparation, and performing other administrative tasks as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate or an experienced legal professional looking to gain valuable experience in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on a variety of financial services matters, including banking regulations, securities laws, and compliance issues
- Draft legal memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents for review by our legal team
- Assist in case preparation, including organizing and managing legal documents and evidence
- Attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings as needed
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with external parties
- Stay up-to-date on changes in financial services laws and regulations that may impact our clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university
- Admission to the Dubai Bar Association or eligibility to sit for the bar exam
- [Random number] years of experience working in a law firm, corporate legal department, or judicial clerkship
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases
