We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships with key clients, maximizing sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the Real Estate sector
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the client base
- Negotiate and close deals with key accounts to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer queries or issues in a timely manner
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in a similar role in the Real Estate industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
