We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Aide to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children in a educational setting and a strong understanding of child development.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Kindergarten teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities for the children
- Supervise and monitor the children during playtime, mealtime, and naptime
- Assist with the preparation and organization of classroom materials and resources
- Help maintain a safe and clean learning environment for the children
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and behavior
- Assist with the assessment and evaluation of the children's development and learning

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working with young children in a educational setting
- A passion for working with children and helping them learn and grow
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of child development and early childhood education
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
