Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kinesiologist to join our dynamic team in the financial services sector in Dubai. This unique role combines the principles of kinesiology with a focus on enhancing the physical well-being of our employees, promoting a healthy workplace culture, and contributing to overall organizational productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of human movement and exercise science, and will be committed to implementing wellness programs that align with our corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct physical assessments and evaluations of employees to identify areas of improvement, potential risks, and develop tailored wellness plans that enhance physical performance and reduce workplace injuries.

- Wellness Program Development: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive wellness programs that promote physical activity, ergonomic practices, and overall health within the organization. Ensure programs are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

- Education and Training: Provide training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching for employees on topics related to kinesiology, ergonomics, injury prevention, and overall wellness strategies.

- Collaboration: Work closely with HR and management to integrate kinesiology principles into employee wellness initiatives, performance improvement plans, and employee engagement strategies.

- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data on employee health and wellness metrics, provide regular reports to management on program effectiveness, and recommend adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.

- Research and Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest research in kinesiology, health, and wellness trends, and incorporate evidence-based practices into program development.

- Support and Guidance: Serve as a resource for employees regarding physical health issues, providing guidance and recommendations for injury management, rehabilitation, and fitness.

- Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all wellness programs comply with workplace safety regulations and health standards. Promote a culture of safety and well-being within the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Kinesiologist or in a related field.
- Certification from a recognized kinesiology or exercise science organization.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and exercise prescription.
- Experience in developing and implementing corporate wellness programs is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
