We are seeking a skilled and experienced Labor Relations Manager to join our team in Dubai, focusing on the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor relations, employee relations, and employment law, with a proven track record of successfully managing labor issues within a large organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement labor relations strategies and policies in compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on labor relations matters
- Negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements with labor unions
- Handle grievances and disputes between management and labor unions
- Conduct investigations into labor relations issues and recommend appropriate resolutions
- Stay current on labor market trends and developments, and make recommendations for improvements to labor relations practices
- Collaborate with HR, legal, and other departments to ensure alignment on labor relations strategies and initiatives
- Represent the organization in labor negotiations and meetings with union representatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Experience negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
