We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Manager to oversee our laboratory operations in the Real Estate sector in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory management, quality control, and project management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all laboratory operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and personnel management
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accurate and reliable test results
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate testing of samples
- Manage and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on laboratory operations and performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science)
- Minimum of [random number] years of experience in laboratory management
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards
