We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Operations Program Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and a proven track record of successfully managing laboratory operations programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of laboratory operations, including planning, organizing, and coordinating activities to ensure efficient and effective operation
- Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Manage the budget for the laboratory operations program, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize laboratory processes
- Lead a team of laboratory technicians and analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality results
- Maintain and update laboratory equipment and facilities to ensure they meet the needs of the program
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. telecommunications, engineering, or science)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory operations management
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications industry standards and regulations
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive operational efficiency
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration
