We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Land Development Assistant to join our agriculture team in Ajman. As a Land Development Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and maintenance of agricultural land to ensure optimal productivity and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of land development projects, including soil preparation, irrigation systems, and crop rotation schedules.
- Conduct soil testing and analysis to determine nutrient levels and pH balance, and make recommendations for soil amendments as needed.
- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution to crops and prevent water waste.
- Assist in the selection and planting of crops based on soil conditions, climate, and market demands.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for land development projects, including equipment rentals and deliveries.
- Keep detailed records of land development activities, including planting dates, crop yields, and soil amendments used.
- Monitor crop growth and health, identifying and addressing issues such as pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
- Assist in the implementation of sustainable farming practices, such as organic farming methods and water conservation techniques.
- Support the training and supervision of farm workers in land development tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in land development and agricultural management.
- Knowledge of soil science, crop rotation, irrigation systems, and pest management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and agricultural software programs.
- Valid UAE driver's license.
