We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Development Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in land development within the manufacturing industry and possess strong project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire suitable land for development projects in Dubai
- Conduct feasibility studies and market research to assess the viability of potential development projects
- Develop and implement land development strategies in alignment with company goals
- Secure necessary permits and approvals for land development projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project completion
- Monitor and report on project progress to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field
