We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Development Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land development within the energy sector and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of land development projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement land development strategies to support the growth of our energy projects in Dubai.
- Lead the planning and execution of land development projects, including site selection, due diligence, permitting, and construction.
- Manage relationships with landowners, government agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct feasibility studies, financial analysis, and risk assessments for potential land development opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, legal, and finance to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in land development within the energy sector.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development within the energy sector.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land development in Dubai.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
