We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and a strong background in managing and overseeing the execution of various landscaping projects within the energy industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of landscaping projects within the energy sector
- Supervise a team of landscapers and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and identify any potential issues or obstacles
- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge in landscaping techniques
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Landscape Foreman or similar role within the energy industry
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
