We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Landscaping Program Manager to oversee all landscaping projects within our retail locations in Ajman. The Landscaping Program Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising all landscaping activities to ensure that our outdoor spaces are aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement landscaping programs and schedules for retail locations in Ajman
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of landscaping projects
- Supervise landscaping staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Monitor and maintain landscaping budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Conduct regular inspections of landscaping sites to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement sustainable landscaping practices
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in landscaping design and maintenance
- Handle any landscaping-related customer inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field
- [X] years of experience in landscaping management or a similar role
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and landscaping software
