We are seeking a Language Instructor Assistant to join our team in the Manufacturing sector in Dubai. The Language Instructor Assistant will work closely with the Language Instructor to provide support in teaching language courses to employees within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Language Instructor in preparing and delivering language lessons to employees
- Provide one-on-one or small group language tutoring sessions
- Assist in creating lesson plans, exercises, and assessments
- Help monitor and track the progress of employees in their language learning journey
- Provide support in organizing language workshops and cultural events
- Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment for employees
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance language learning initiatives within the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Languages, Linguistics, Education, or related field
- Proficiency in English and Arabic languages
- Previous experience in teaching or tutoring languages is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Knowledge of language learning techniques and methodologies
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of employees at different language proficiency levels
